Why us

PECMS provides efficient contact mechanics solutions, currently covering multilayered materials and multiphysics coupling problems with rough surface. It uses cloud computing, allowing mobile terminals for easy access anywhere.

What we do

弹性接触模块

我们从求解赫兹接触开始,补充了圆柱圆锥压入。

Elastic contact section

We start from Hertz contact, and add flat-end and conical indentation.

移动热源模块

求解多层结构在任意分布的移动热源作用下的稳态或瞬态温升分布。

Moving heat source section

The steady-state or transient state temperature rise in multilayered material subjected to moving heat input on the surface is solved.

热力接触模块

多层结构与压头的滑动摩擦热力接触,求解接触压力,温升和应力分布。

Thermo-elastic contact section

Multilayered material contacts with a indenter with thermal effect, obtaining distributions of contact pressure, temperature and stresses.

多物理场耦合接触模块

多层压电/压磁/磁电弹材料与压头的滑动摩擦热弹接触,求解接触压力和其它的物理场分布。

Multiphysical coupling contact section

Multilayered piezoelectrical/piezomagnetic/Magneto-electric-elastic material contacts with an indenter, obtaining distributions of contact pressure and magnetic/electric/elastic fields.

弹塑性接触模块

弹塑性半空间与刚性压头的摩擦接触,材料塑性采用线性硬化假设,求解接触压力、压入深度,塑性应变,残余变形和各应力分量的分布。

Elastic-plastic contact section

Elastic-plastic half space frictionally contacts with a rigid indenter, with linear hardening assumption for the half space, solving the contact pressure, indentation depth, plastic strain, residual deformation and each stress component.
